Pokemon Mystery Dungeon

I've loved Pokémon since Nintendo first brought the Gameboy games stateside, but I've not drawn them very often, at least not since my public school days... I don't know if anyone else has played the newer Pokémon Mystery Dungeon games, but in each you are changed into a Pokémon based on how you answer some questions. I always take delight in seeing what Pokémon I become, so when I got Explorers of Sky for the DS the other day, I just had to draw the outcome.

I was made into an Eevee, which has always been an adorable Pokémon to me. I had my choice of Pokémon for a partner (in the game you and your partner Pokémon go on missions exploring dungeons, battling other Pokémon, and possibly recruiting them to join your team), but out of all of them I wanted Shinx. The Shinx has been very timid so far, but he's just been so adorable I can't help but like him. Plus, how cool is a lion Pokémon?

I drew this all digitally in Photoshop CS4 with my dinky Bamboo Fun tablet. I'm starting to experiment with shading and highlight as well, and I really had fun putting this all together.
